In 2002, we discovered the joys of saving money buying resale goods for our family. At about that time we started spending more and more time on eBay. We liked the idea of eBay, but many items wee extremely costly once you added shipping fees.

Locally, there were the Windsor Star and the Pennysaver. However, item prices were inflated due to the cost of advertisements and selection was very limited.

We began to dream of a local website for local parents that woul support them in their incredible journey as well as provide them the opportunity of buying and selling items for free.

Shortly thereafter, this dream became a reality with the creation of Mom2Mom.ca. After 2 exciting years, the website grew and grew and the Classifieds portion was incredibly popular with 800-1000 ads at any one time.

We started discussing the possibility of expanding the Classifieds to serve EVERYONE in Windsor & Essex County. After many months of behind the scenes work, LookupWindsor was created.
