Every Monday 1:00-2:30 pm.  Every Friday 10:00am - 11:30am (except holidays).  A place where you can come to have your baby weighed and have questions answered by a public health nurse.

Building Healthy Babies - Prenatal Nutrition Program

Meet other women, public health nurses and a registered dietician to learn about how to reduce the risk of having a baby with low birth weight. Programs are offered for pregnant women and moms with babies under six months of age.  Receive free milk & food coupons!  Call 352-7270 for times and locations throughout Kent county including Chatham, Wallaceburg, Blenheim, Ridgetown, Tilbury and Bothwell.

La Leche League of Chatham Meetings - Second Monday of the month, 7:30 pm
