services that support parents. In most cases, they are only a phone call

Chatham-Kent's Community Portal
Toddler Time Co-op Preschool, 770 Lakeshore Rd., Sarnia (519)
542-1693
A non-profit, licensed nursery school located in Sarnia and run by
highly qualified staff, a volunteer board, and parents. Provides a
toddler program for 18-30 month olds, and a preschool program for ages 2
1/2 to 5. Parents participate in the co-op through parent meetings,
committees, fundraising and duty days. Visitors are always welcome;
call the school directly at 542-1693.
Ontario Early
Years Centres
Funded by the Ontario Government, these centres assist parents and
caregivers with raising happy, healthy children. Programs focus on
promoting literacy and healthy development. Most centres offer drop-in
hours, parenting workshops and classes, and other activities.

Lambton Health Unit
Chatham-Kent Community Health Services
Many programs are available for parents and children in every aspect
of health, including the Building Healthy Babies Program for pregnant women and
women with babies under 6 months of age. Best of all, most programs are
free!
Sarnia Lambton Parents of Multiple Births Association
The Sarnia Lambton Parent of Multiples is a non-profit organization aimed at helping parents meet the doubly hard challenge of raising multiples. Our meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month between local restaurants and members homes, at 7pm. (Babies up to the age of six months are welcome). A genuine welcome is extended to all parents and expectant parents of multiples in the Lambton area.

Services
Services offered include Children's Mental Health Services, Child
Development and Prevention Services, and Child Protection Services.
